Holiday Delivery 2026

Our North Carolina warehouse is open until Wednesday 23 December. To receive your order in time:

• Christmas delivery: order by 1pm ET on Monday 21 December.
• Christmas delivery, Overnight Shipping: order by 1pm ET on Wednesday 23 December.
• New Year's Eve delivery: order by 1pm ET on Monday 28 December.

US Shipping

Every order ships from our warehouse in North Carolina. Orders placed before 1pm ET, Monday to Friday, leave the warehouse the same business day.

Canada Shipping

We ship to Canada at a flat rate of $39.97 USD per order.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your LaBante piece. If it is not right for you, you have 60 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange it.

Returns are free. Email info@labante.co.uk or info@labantelondon.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. The label lets our warehouse track your return and process it quickly.

Once your return arrives and is approved, we refund you to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Return conditions

• Please include the swing tags, dust bag and original protective packaging so your bag travels safely.
• Items returned with the tags removed are treated as used and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Items returned without the original packaging carry a $10 processing fee.
• Used items cannot be resold or sent back out, so they are not eligible for a refund.

Sale items

Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
