Returns

 We want you to love your order, however if you are not completely satisfied with it, let us know and we will be happy to help. 

All returns or exchanges must be made within 21 days of receiving your order. However orders placed between 1st December 2023 and 25th December 2023 can use our extended returns and exchanges valid until 25th January 2024.
Please ensure swing tags, dust bag and original plastic packaging is included to ensure bag is protected. If tags are removed we will deem the item to be used and will not be able to offer a refund or exchange due. If the items are returned without the original packaging a $10 charge will be made to the customer as a processing fee. If the item has been used and returned to us it will be quarantined and refund will not be available as these items cannot be resold or reshipped back to you.
Once the return has been received and approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
We offer a full refund (excluding any shipping cost) on your order if you return it back to us within 21 days of your receipt. Sale items are not available for returns or refunds however exchange or store credit is available.
When Returning an item Please send us an email to info@labante.co.uk and we will send you label out which you can use to return your item to us this will also enable better tracking in our 3PL warehouse.
