Delivery & Returns

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. However orders placed between 1st December 2023 and 25th December 2023 can use our extended returns and exchanges valid until 31st January 2024. Sale items can be accepted for exchanges or store credit.

 

UK Shipping

 Standard Shipping: All orders are processed using Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service unless there is a strike action then we use FEDEX and provide free next day delivery on all orders. 
Next Day Shipping £5.99 – Order must be placed before 1pm
to qualify for Next Day (Mon – Thurs)
 
 Europe Standard Shipping
There is FREE SHIPPING via FEDEX into Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Austria, Denmark & Portugal for orders over £140/Euros150. Delivery is 3 to 4 working days.
 
There is normal services are expected from UK to Europe - We are delivering duties paid for orders under £140 / Euros150 and duties unpaid for orders over £140 / Euros150 which means you will be liable for any import charges levied by your country.
 
Delivery takes 3 working days via Fedex
and 4-10 working days via OCS. 
 
  Germany Standard Shipping
There is FREE SHIPPING for order over £140/Euros150.
All orders for Germany are sent with Tax and Delivered Duty Paid, which means nothing extra is required to be paid on delivery.
 
 US & Canada Standard Shipping

How to Return an Item

We want you to love your order, however if you are not completely satisfied with it, let us know and we will be happy to help. Please email info@labante.co.uk

Extended Returns for Christmas: Please exchange or return by 31st January 2024 for orders starting from 1st December 2023. Please note that items purchased under Black Friday /Cyber Monday sale are not available under this offer these items once sold are non-refundable.
All returns and exchanges must be informed to us within 21 days of receiving your order. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your orders. Sale items are not available for returns or refunds however exchange or store credit is available. 

Please ensure swing tags, dust bag and original plastic packaging is included to ensure bag is protected. 

Once the un-used return has been received and approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase. It can take up to 20 days to process a refund especially during peak times. If tags are removed or item is returned without original packaging and/or has been used we will not be able to process a refund as it would have to be quarantined. Goods once quarantined cannot be sent back to you and therefore they cannot be refunded. 

Once the return has been received and approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
We offer a full refund (excluding any shipping cost and duties) on your order if you return it back to us within 30 days of your receipt.
Please note that we cannot refund any customs and import fees or shipping charges.
