Here at LaBante London we believe that everybody in our supply chain should be treated with dignity and respect, we also believe that everyone should earn a fair wage. building a modern and resilient supply chain that can provide jobs, and foster people’s skills, we are committed to empowering women worldwide, which is why our design and production team is made up of 99% women.

We primarily manufacture in India & Portugal in a sweatshop free environment. 

We work very closely with our factories, and only work with factories that have SEDEX certification, in addition our founder and design team regularly visit, and perform spot checks and social audits as part of our due diligence processes, to ensure the workers and work environment are safe, we continually check payroll, attendance sheets, so no working double shifts, something that we are very proud of.

We think walking in sync with people from all races and backgrounds is very important. They are part of our extended family, so we choose to give back to that family. With 10% of LaBante London profits going to Charitable causes, we are trying to raise awareness and support for various charities every season.
