When not in use, please keep your Bag stuffed with clean paper or an old clean t-shirt as this helps to retain the shape.

You may clean stains and dirt from your Hand Bag using leather wipes that are freely available in any super market, or a damp cloth.

Please store your bag in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight or humidity

The vegan material is intended to replace real leather as such please treat it with the same care as real leather.

great quality but a little disappointed

The grey material is beautiful. I needed a structured bag, but unfortunately this one droops and isn't as "firm" as the photos. So it looks very sloppy when placed down and makes it harder to get items in/out. Additionally, the images picture a grey strap to match the exterior, but they sent me a hot pink strap which makes it look too casual for my needs. Looking into returning this item.
